WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


We hope you love your Hunting Season purchase, but if you change your mind we accept the return of any unworn, unaltered accessory, within 15 days of delivery.  All items purchased on promotion are considered Final Sale. Please note that Hunting Season deducts $20 from your refund for return shipping and restocking. Due to our limited stock quantities, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. For further questions, or to coordinate a return, please send us an email at support@hunting-season.com and we’ll help you with the details.





WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?


Within the United States we are pleased to offer free Ground Shipping via FedEx. Priority and International services are available for an additional fee. To arrange Same Day Delivery within New York City for a flat fee of $20.00, please contact us after placing your order at support@hunting-season.com. Please note, Same Day Delivery requests must be sent before 2PM EST.





WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard) and Paypal.





HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?


Please allow 1-4 business days to process and pack your order.  Unless selected otherwise during checkout, all orders within the United States are shipped Ground via FedEx and should arrive between 3-5 business days.  





I LIVE ABROAD, DOES HUNTING SEASON SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Yes, we ship all over the world but please note that International orders are considered Final Sale. Due to international restrictions, we are currently unable to ship exotics outside of the U.S. If you are an international customer, please feel free to contact us and we can refer you to one of our international retailers. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Please allow 1-4 business days to process and pack your order. International orders are shipped via FedEx and should arrive between 6-8 business days.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTY AND IMPORT CHARGES WHEN SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY?


 

Shipments outside of the US may be subject to import taxes. The product pricing is exclusive of taxes. Once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

 

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, OR THE WRONG ITEM?

 

We are very sorry this happened, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. If you’ve received an item that is damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us at support@hunting-season.comand we will address this immediately. To expedite the process, please include a photo in your e-mail.



HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY HUNTING SEASON PIECE?


In general we recommend that you:

Avoid overloading your bag

Avoid rubbing against abrasive materials

Shield from humidity, light and heat

Avoid contact with liquids and solvents

Store your accessory in its dustbag when not in use

Based on the composition of your accessory, you’ll find a care card enclosed with your purchase with further details




HOW DOES HUNTING SEASON SOURCE ITS EXOTICS?

 

 

We work hard to ensure that our exotic skins are sourced responsibly. Our lizard comes from Indonesia, where it’s a by-product of the country’s food industry. All of our production is CITES compliant; CITES is an international agreement to ensure that trade in specimens of wild animals and plants does not threaten their survival.
